Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately 80,000 - 120,000 PLN, depending on experience. Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to airlines and repair organizations for Boeing airplanes. Your tasks will include receiving and responding to requests, analyzing reported problems, providing No Technical Objection (NTO) for ferry flights or flight tests, and developing product/process improvements. You will also collaborate with other structural engineers and liaison engineers to investigate manufacturing and build issues, participate in problem-solving, and assist with engineering change implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
  • 3+ years of experience in aircraft structure, materials, properties, and design criteria.
  • 3+ years of experience in working within airline's maintenance and/or engineering departments.
  • Solid communication skills, upper-intermediate in both written and verbal English.
  • Existing right to work in Poland.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High Education Diploma in Aerospace/Aviation Engineering.
  • Experience in reading and understanding engineering models, drawings, and specifications.
  • Experience in researching engineering designs to develop defect solutions for product/process issues.
  • Experience in working within the airline's maintenance and/or engineering departments with 787 fleet.
