At Q8, we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic colleague to join our Global Cards Business team in Poland. As a Customer Service Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service to internal and external customers.

You will work closely with our team to provide excellent customer support, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Your proficiency in Polish and English will enable you to effectively communicate with clients, while your ability to work in a multicultural environment will allow you to thrive in our dynamic team.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a positive and solutions-oriented mindset. You will also need to be proficient in administrative procedures and follow-up, as well as have the ability to work under pressure.
