About the Role

As a key member of the Thomson Reuters Risk Management function, you will play a critical role in strengthening the control landscape and supporting the establishment of new, and delivery of existing core processes designed to evaluate and manage risks associated with external business relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating and executing KYC relevant processes, such as customer screening, following a defined process and utilizing dedicated tooling.
  • Working closely with members of the broader organization, including Risk & Compliance, Product Sales and other business functions, to ensure smooth process delivery and timely escalation.
  • Contributing to the development and delivery of the enterprise-wide Know Your Customer (KYC) program and the associated projects.
  • Supporting third-party risk management activities, such as third-party screening.
  • Identifying and escalating materially relevant issues, identified as part of your day-to-day duty.
About You

We're looking for a curious, eager to learn and grow individual who is comfortable with ambiguity and strives for excellence. You should have a strong understanding of compliance, sales processes, customer screening and KYC processes.

Key qualifications include:

  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • More than 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a regulated industry.
  • Experience with sales, sourcing, procurement, contract management and relevant processes in a global entity.
  • Risk Management is your forte, and you're comfortable working with GRC tooling and processes.
