Compliance Risk Management and Data Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Governance and Reporting Specialist to provide key support to our Compliance Function. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful operation of organizational processes within the Compliance function.
About the RoleThis role involves assisting in the management of the compliance committee, supporting the production of management reporting, and coordinating internal and external audits. You will also play a crucial part in managing compliance-relevant communications and ensuring the timely review of organizational guidelines forming part of the Compliance framework.
Key Responsibilities- Support with the internal organization of the Compliance function, including monitoring the timely review of organizational guidelines, managing open issues relating to the Compliance Function, and performing user access reviews
- Support in the management of the Business Conduct Risk Committee, including coordinating submissions and producing meeting minutes
- Assist in the production of management reporting on key compliance risks, ensuring timeliness and accuracy
- Manage various Compliance communication channels, such as Yammer and SharePoint
- Assist in the management of internal and external audits of the Compliance function
To be successful in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail. Proven organizational skills, effective communication skills, and strong collaboration and interpersonal skills are also essential.
