The Performance Account Senior Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and coordinating multimarket centralized accounts. Key responsibilities include:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, coordinating multimarket centralized accounts.
- Work closely with the Managing Partner to develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand clients' business goals, challenges, and industry trends to provide performance planning insights and initiatives.
- Campaign Process and Management:
- Develop and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, including PPC, social media, and general digital ecosystems.
- Support clients with media guidelines and strategic recommendations on A/B testing, new channels, or optimizations.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics using channel platforms and data stitched into BI dashboards.
- Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize cross-channel campaign performance with the team.
