About the Role

METZ Electronics S.r.l. is a dynamic and ambitious company, seeking an Account Management Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in key account management, proven skills in negotiation and problem-solving, and a strong ability to work in a cross-functional environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Building: establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
  • Account Growth Identification: identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional products or services.
  • Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align strategies and deliver integrated solutions.
  • Contract Negotiation and Renewal: lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
  • Performance Analysis: monitor and analyze key account performance metrics, providing regular reports to internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
