As a key member of our European team, you will be responsible for leading the vendor onboarding process for Amazon's Retail business in the EU.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth of Amazon's retail business in Europe. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Vendor Managers who are responsible for pitching, onboarding, and scaling EU Holdouts and Brand Coverage vendors for the first 12-18 months on Amazon Retail.

You will need to engage in projects that drive business growth and help shape the future of Amazon Retail in the EU. This role requires someone who can work independently, think both strategically and tactically, and take full control and responsibility for achieving their goals.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of leading teams to meet and exceed business and/or financial KPIs, as well as experience with large data sets and insight generation using Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools.
