Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Allegro IR Team as an Investor Relations Specialist. This exciting opportunity will allow you to gain valuable experience in investor communication and engagement.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the IR team in a broad range of activities related to investor communication and engagement. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the IR calendar, organizing investor meetings and events, and maintaining the investor relations CRM to track all IR activities.
  • Coordinating with external website service providers to maintain and update the allegro.eu IR website.
  • Contributing to the creation of content for investors and equity analysts.
  • Collecting and processing financial and operational data from various departments and external sources.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Professional experience in a similar position or in an administrative role.
  • A higher education degree, preferably in Economy or Finance.
  • The ability to successfully organize your work and have a continued improvement approach.
  • An interest in investor relations, finance, and capital markets.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks.
  • The ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Resourcefulness, a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Practical knowledge of the MS Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A fluent command of English and Polish (C1/C2 level), with fluent English being a must.
