Responsibilities:
  • Taking care of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Solving tickets submitted by customers and providing necessary support regarding our services and products
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to build trust and loyalty
Requirements:
  • At least two years of experience in customer support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English at B2 level
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic environment
