Sales Order Management Professional

We are searching for a highly skilled Sales Order Management Professional to excel in managing cross-border sales orders in our ERP system.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization while developing your skills in a dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Effectively manage sales orders from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  2. Process returns efficiently and accurately.
  3. Communicate effectively with customers through various channels.
  4. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfying manner.
  5. Ensure high-quality customer data management.
  6. Closely collaborate with the commercial organization on order-related matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales Order Management or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent English language skills – both spoken and written.
  • Pronounced Dutch language skills – both spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Technical background would be advantageous.
  • Motivated and proactive individual.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented professional.
  • Friendly and open-minded team player.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
