Job Description

 

We are seeking a talented Customer Support Specialist with Italian language skills to join our team at TN Poland. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing online support to users via email and chat, occasionally handling customer support calls, analyzing user needs, creating and maintaining a positive company image, and collaborating on internal projects.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Good manners and a professional demeanor;
  • Fluency in Polish, Italian, and English (minimum B2 level);
  • Experience working with clients and interest in cryptocurrencies is welcome.
