The Job

As a User Account Management Expert, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems. This includes managing user access, resolving incidents, and maintaining documentation.

  • You'll work closely with our team to identify potential risks and ensure adherence to access policies.
  • You'll provide support and guidance to employees and partners on system access and maintenance.
  • You'll generate reports to support decision-making and optimize access management processes.
  • You'll work with our security team to ensure the security of our systems and data.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree (or ongoing studies) in IT or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in IT support or user access management.
  • A strong understanding of modern IT infrastructure and system operations.
  • A detail-oriented and security-first mindset, ensuring precision in access management.
  • The ability to make quick, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of user access management principles, including working with Active Directory and Group Policies.
  • A solid grasp of information system security and compliance best practices.
  • Fluent English skills to collaborate in an international tech-driven environment.
