About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven Sales Team Lead to join our dynamic team at Arla Foods. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for enabling, delegating, and following up with direct reports to deal effectively with their responsibilities.

You will also ensure that team members are effectively onboarded and developed, and manage a group of customers to achieve designated sales target levels. Additionally, you will assist the Senior Key Account Manager in customer management responsibilities.
