TN Poland is looking for a talented Sales Senior Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic account visions and strategies for target accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with marketing to drive lead generation and develop relationships with potential clients.
- You will use your network to connect with potential clients and propose the company's services, starting from lead generation to negotiation through to transition planning and final contract signature.
- Lead cross-functional meetings to review information received from operational support functions and partners vs the client's requirements to prepare the perfect fit model to propose to the client.
- Develop and implement strategic account visions and strategies for target accounts.
- Native Polish Language.
- Fluency in English Language, C1/C2 level or Higher.
- Polish Market Sales Previous Experience – is a must.
- Min 3 years of Sales experience in BPO or IT Sector.
- Previous experience in BPO is a Must.
- CEEMarket Previous Experience - will be a plus.
- Bachelor's degree is a Must.
- Previous experience in Software sales/SaaS/ Tech Sales – will be a plus.
- Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals.
- Success record – multi-million contracts for both new business and existing projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
