Sales Director for Traditional Trade Channel

About Our Company
We are an international recruitment agency, Michael Page, looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Sales Director for the Traditional Trade Channel.
Job Description:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the Traditional Trade Channel, including Food Service providers.
- Regular meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to discuss business opportunities and growth strategies.
- Negotiate strategic contracts with clients to secure long-term partnerships and drive sales growth.
- Optimize product assortment and pricing policies to improve market competitiveness.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and areas for improvement.
The Successful Candidate
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales or a related field within the FMCG industry.
- Proven knowledge and experience in the Traditional Trade Channel, with a focus on C&C, wholesale, and Food Service.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- A results-driven attitude, with a focus on solving problems and adapting to changing market conditions.
