About Our Company

We are an international recruitment agency, Michael Page, looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Sales Director for the Traditional Trade Channel.

Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the Traditional Trade Channel, including Food Service providers.
  • Regular meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to discuss business opportunities and growth strategies.
  • Negotiate strategic contracts with clients to secure long-term partnerships and drive sales growth.
  • Optimize product assortment and pricing policies to improve market competitiveness.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and areas for improvement.

The Successful Candidate

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales or a related field within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven knowledge and experience in the Traditional Trade Channel, with a focus on C&C, wholesale, and Food Service.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • A results-driven attitude, with a focus on solving problems and adapting to changing market conditions.
