We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives and amplify our market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth.
  • Pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the fintech industry.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to drive performance.
  • Analyze market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product offerings with market needs.

Your Profile

  • A Master's degree in Business or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in fintech or technology sectors.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Full proficiency in English.
