Chemical Sales Representative

Element Solutions Inc is a leading manufacturer of specialty chemicals and materials. We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team in Poland, based in Łódź.
Key Responsibilities- Serve customers in the Northern Poland region through sales and technical support.
- Achieve set sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Acquire new customers in the assigned region.
- Prepare and deliver presentations of our technologies to customers.
- Develop technology flows, calculations, and guidelines for customer offers.
- Collaborate with internal sales, technicians, and laboratory staff to ensure customer service.
- Research market potential and demands.
- Prepare plans and reports.
- University degree, preferably in chemistry or chemical technology.
- Technical knowledge of electroplating is required.
- Experience in chemical sales and commercial negotiations is essential.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Knowledge of English at an intermediate level.
- Driving license category B.
- High personal culture and ability to build positive relationships with clients.
- Employment contract with a probationary period of 3 months, followed by an indefinite contract.
- Market-level salary.
- Initial training system.
- Necessary work tools, including a company car and computer.
