Job Description

At RITS Professional Services, we are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Company Overview

As a dynamic IT company, we value individuals with proficiency in digital marketing and excellent communication skills. Our ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, analytical skills, and the ability to create creative content.

Responsibilities
  • Identify potential markets for product expansion and analyze market trends to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our products or services.
  • Conduct market research to gather and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits.
  • Create reports detailing the impact and effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and present these findings to management.
  • Design and develop engaging marketing materials, working closely with designers to produce effective advertisements, emails, social media posts, and other forms of communication.
  • Cultivate partnerships with media and influencers to increase brand awareness.
  • Monitor and analyze competitors' marketing strategies and adapt our strategies as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Marketing area.
  • Ability to conduct market research and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, social media).
  • Knowledge of the principles of creating marketing funnels and landing pages that convert well.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage projects and organize work effectively.
  • Openness to new challenges and a desire for continuous learning.
  • Self-starter with a natural curiosity for new ways of doing marketing.
  • Knowledge of Polish & English languages on the minimum C1 level.
  • Experience in IT or Tech company.
  • B2B marketing experience.
