As a Senior Key Account Manager at Allegro, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining relationships with our key clients.

Our ideal candidate has experience in B2B customer service, business services sales, and online marketing, as well as a proven track record of building long-term relationships with key clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through regular communication and visits
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions to meet client needs
  • Provide expert support and guidance to clients on using Allegro's services and features
  • Monitor and analyze client activity to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Fluent in English (C1 level)
