ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead our international sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for qualifying, pitching, closing, and maintaining relationships with new clients.

Our core technology stack includes:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement apps
  • Microsoft Power Platform
  • Dynamics 365 Customer Insights apps
  • Microsoft Sustainability Manager
  • Microsoft Copilot M365 with extensions

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Acquire new clients through B2B sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, IT leaders, and procurement professionals
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead qualification, solution scoping, negotiation, and contract close
  • Collaborate closely with the technical team to align technical solutions with client needs
  • Closely work with marketing to grade the quality of leads and find new ways of lead generation
  • Identify opportunities for Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform implementations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or related fields
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
  • A technology-savvy individual who can understand how our offering can help clients
  • Open-mindedness and the ability to quickly adapt to changing environments
  • Previous experience in B2B sales and/or lead generation
  • Fluency in Polish and English
