Sales Director

Pareto Publishing is a leading company in e-mail advertising, based in Warsaw, Poland. Our technology enables us to reach over 10 million investors daily, and we are renowned for our successes in the finance/banking industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales in both ad sales and technology services
- Create and implement sales strategies to drive growth
- Identify and establish strong relationships with key clients
- Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in advertising or tech
- Excellent relationship-building and deal-closing skills
- Ability to work from our Warsaw office at least 2 times a week
- Leadership skills, particularly in team management
