Our Growth Team is a cross-functional ensemble comprising a New Business Manager, Marketing Manager, Offering Innovation Manager, Content Specialist, Sales Specialists, and Head of Growth. We collaborate closely with our Delivery Team and Managing Director to build sales channels, nurture our pipeline, and drive client discovery meetings and contract negotiations. As a key member, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple offerings and services within the Biotech/Pharma, Automotive, Connectivity, AR/VR, or Energy sectors in Europe.

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to create and execute strategies for lead generation, prospecting, qualification, and negotiations. Your goal will be to become an expert in selected offerings and specialize in hunting for new projects that address customer pain points and challenges. You will operate with a significant level of independence while receiving support from the entire team and investments.

This position requires an entrepreneurial approach, where you might need to step out of traditional sales tasks to achieve goals. To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Experience in international sales, particularly in European Markets (UK, Nordics, DACH);
  • A proven track record of new sales generation within custom software services;
  • Deal lifecycle management, from prospect to close deal;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, collaboration, communication, and resourcefulness;
  • A high sense of ownership and ability to execute sales projects from idea to result;
  • Accountability for your actions;
  • A focus on learning and development;
  • Excellent English language proficiency, both written and spoken; Polish is optional.

If you meet our expectations, you will proceed to a screening call, followed by a recruitment interview with the Head of Growth/CEO, and a second-round interview with peers in the sales team.

Your compensation will be:

  • UoP: 8 000-13 000 PLN gross/month;
  • B2B: 9 000-15 000 PLN net/month + VAT.
