Key Responsibilities

  • You will work with our global clients daily, providing help and guidance regarding clients' benefits.
  • In your first 3 months, you will learn how we organize employee benefits for our clients, get to know our team of specialists, and become familiar with some online tools that our customers use to select and handle their benefits.
  • You will use excellent English and Dutch language skills, with a focus on communication, flexibility, and good organization.

Requirements

  • Up to 6 months of experience in a similar role is useful, but we are more interested in how quickly you can learn new skills.
  • Excellent English and Dutch language skills, with a minimum of CEFR C1 level, as you will be using these languages every day.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and help them solve issues.
  • Flexibility and good organization skills are essential for this role.
