Job Description

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a seasoned HR professional to lead our HR Services team in delivering exceptional administrative services throughout the employee lifecycle. As an HR Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient HR operations and guiding team members on day-to-day tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the HR Services team, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes operational excellence and employee growth.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for operational HR issues, resolving conflicts and providing guidance to team members.
  • Support transitions and process changes, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with HR Business Partners, line managers, and other departments to align HR operations with business needs.
  • Collaborate with HR leaders to identify areas for improvement, develop strategies, and implement process enhancements that increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commercial, HR, Psychology, or a related field of study.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in an international environment, with hands-on experience managing a team.
  • Strong understanding of the employee life cycle and annual HR processes.
  • Experience in process improvement or HR project management, with the ability to translate customer needs and existing gaps into process improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to guide and direct a team, solve conflicts, and act as a role model for quality, integrity, and professionalism.
  • High customer orientation, service mindset, and great communication skills.
  • Structured approach with strong self-organization and prioritization abilities.
  • Reliable, resilient, discrete, and able to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient in English (C1 level) is a must-have.
  • Experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, Service Now, Atoss, and SAP or other.
  • Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel), high IT affinity.
  • Proficient in German.
  • Leadership or management training.
