You will lead the development of strategic roadmaps with Vice Presidents of domains, establish effective frameworks for offering service portfolios, and own business cases for relocations and ramp-up of new competencies.

Your Profile:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering.
  • Proven track record in strategy management/consulting with 10+ years of experience.
  • 5+ years in leadership roles at a global scale.
  • Leadership experience in Shared Service Center setup, including backcharging models.
  • Excellent communication and change management skills.
  • Ability to lead discussions at an Executive level.
  • Certified in recognized PM standards (IPMA B/IPMA C) is a plus.
  • Inter-cultural awareness and sensitivity.
  • Experience in multinational setups managing various stakeholders.
