Job Description:

Maclean Moore Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present solutions to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales and Revenue Generation: The successful candidate will aggressively pursue leads to develop new revenue from corporate customers, meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas.
  2. Sales Cycle Management: They will handle all stages of the sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, contract negotiation, and project implementation.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: The candidate will provide exceptional customer experience to develop long-term business opportunities.
  4. Market Intelligence: They will provide competitive market feedback to ensure products remain relevant and competitive.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of telecommunication networks, including voice, data, WAN, data centre, and network infrastructure technologies.
  • Expertise in ICT technologies and services, such as unified communications, video conferencing, IT security, network optimization, and cloud solutions.
  • Strong understanding of managed services competition and the market landscape.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in telecommunications or IT, with a strong track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
