We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in the housing sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Job Summary:

This role involves working closely with senior stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them. You will be responsible for managing tender processes, working collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve commercial goals.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of running procurements within Housing, working to NEC and JCT contract suites, as well as knowledge of PCR2015 and the new procurement act 2023.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  2. Manage tender processes and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
  3. Provide commercial advice to stakeholders.
  4. Work collaboratively with legal experts to develop contract terms and conditions.
  5. Prepare procurement strategies and evaluation models.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  1. MCIPS qualified or equivalent experience.
  2. Extensive experience of running procurements within Housing.
  3. Knowledge of PCR2015 and the new procurement act 2023.
  4. Ability to deliver commercial awareness and implement category strategies.
