About the RoleYou will work closely with key customers to understand their objectives and requirements, positioning our products to meet their needs. Your technical background and sales expertise will enable you to build strong relationships with customers and drive new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with regional customers in Eastern Europe.
- Pursue new business opportunities, working closely with internal teams to drive success.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to achieve sales targets and share knowledge on trends and growth opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- 5+ years of sales experience in the semiconductor market, with a focus on solution selling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in Polish and English.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and take initiative.
- Willingness to travel extensively (75% of the time).
