Job Duties
- Interact with customers via phone, email, or chat platforms.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently.
- Help customers leverage product features and address queries effectively.
- Exemplify exceptional customer service, upholding company values and principles.
- Nurture long-term relationships with customers, promoting a positive company image.
- Collate and analyze customer feedback to refine service quality.
- Provide regular updates and insights to the product development team.
- Native-level fluency in English.
- Polish language proficiency is desirable.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing positions (technology sector preferred).
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Background in handling individual and B2B customer interactions.
