Job Duties

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently.
  • Help customers leverage product features and address queries effectively.
  • Exemplify exceptional customer service, upholding company values and principles.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with customers, promoting a positive company image.
  • Collate and analyze customer feedback to refine service quality.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the product development team.
Core Competencies
  1. Native-level fluency in English.
  2. Polish language proficiency is desirable.
  3. 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing positions (technology sector preferred).
  4. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments.
  7. Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  8. Background in handling individual and B2B customer interactions.
