Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our global customer care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences via calls, chats, and emails. You will build positive relationships with customers, meet team KPIs, stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology, and maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services.
