Slovenian Customer Service Lead

Your Responsibilities
- Owning the Customer Ledger and maintaining its cleanliness and accuracy.
- Acting as a Business Partner to OpCos, providing timely and accurate data to support effective collections.
- Collaborating with other HGSS teams to ensure seamless delivery of collection processes and adherence to standards.
- Managing customer accounts and delivering high levels of service excellence.
- Identifying held orders and resolving them in accordance with credit policy.
- Driving personal development in Finance-specific skills and business knowledge.
- Ensuring process controls, policies, and compliance are maintained and suggesting improvements as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Slovenian language fluency.
- English language fluency.
- Experience in Order to Cash/Customer Service area.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SAP and Excel systems.
- Ability to deal with resistance.
- Understanding of end-to-end Order to Cash process.
- Experience in a multi-national environment (including Shared Services Centres).
