Job Overview
- Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
- Handle complaints, returns, and other issues related to customer dissatisfaction.
- Identify customer needs and assist them in using specific product features.
- Provide professional customer service aligned with the company's values.
- Bild long-term relationships with customers and maintain a positive company image.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Regularly report and provide feedback to the product development department.
- Fluency in English (C2 level).
- Polish will be an asset.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service-related position (preferably in the technology industry).
- Understanding of customer service processes and ability to solve problems proactively.
- Excellent communication skills and empathy when dealing with customers.
- Ability to solve problems independently and work under pressure.
- Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Experience working with individual and/or B2B customers will be beneficial.
