We boast a vast client base across the globe, delivering top-notch UX/UI, frontend, backend, mobile projects from scratch or in part. Our team thrives on direct client collaborations as well as strategic partnerships, ensuring diverse projects and adaptability. We operate worldwide, with a presence felt across every continent.

We're seeking an exceptional Sales and Business Development Manager to join our Sales Team. This role comes with a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your background and experience.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Expanding business through identifying new clients for our IT services, focusing on DACH, BeNeLux, and Nordics regions.
  • Developing and shaping the business development strategy for our company.
  • Engaging in meetings with potential clients to showcase People More's portfolio.
  • Crafting offers and negotiating contracts to ensure seamless client relationships.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging content that highlights our expertise.
  • Representing People More at conferences and events, both as a speaker and attendee.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in selling outsourced IT services, preferably within a software house environment.
  • Proficiency in Polish and English (C1 level preferred).
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • An open, positive, and client-centric mindset.
  • A solid understanding of global business dynamics.
  • Experience in handling client-facing commercial topics such as business development, account management, sales, bid management, negotiations, etc.
  • A willingness to travel frequently.

Bonus skills include:

  • German language proficiency.
  • Familiarity with lead-gen or marketing tools.
