We're looking for a talented Business Development Specialist - Krakow to join our team. As a Digital Sales Representative with German-English skills, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

About the Role

In this role, you'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals. You'll also be part of a dynamic sales team that's focused on achieving revenue targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

To succeed in this position, you'll need to have a strong sales aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment. A minimum B2+/C1 level in German and B2 level in English are required for this role.

  1. You'll develop and implement strategic plans to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers.
  2. You'll build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular consultations and provide personalized recommendations to drive sales growth.
