Job Description

Citi is seeking a Senior AML Compliance Specialist to join its team in Poland. As a key member of the Compliance and Control department, you will be responsible for developing and managing a dedicated internal KYC program.

About the Role

This is an intermediate-level position that requires strong analytical and organizational skills. You will work closely with the Compliance and Control team to ensure compliance with local regulations and Citi standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct client profile reviews for customer accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Review all information and documentation to ensure compliance with local regulation and Citi standards.
  • Update KYC forms and client profiles according to policy requirements.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure information is received before due dates.
  • Perform KYC tasks, including monitoring and tracking of the KYC records and Appendix approval process.
Requirements
  • At least two years of experience in KYC Quality Control or Quality Assurance/Compliance.
  • Knowledge of navigating corporate legal documents is an asset.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Good command of Arabic is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and tight time frames.
  • Ability to work as a team player.
  • Analytical and good organizational skills are an asset.
  • A willingness to learn and manage in a constantly changing environment.
  • Microsoft skills.
