Customer Service Specialist

As a key member of our CYBEX team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients in Poland. Your primary focus will be on order processing, planning deliveries, and resolving logistics issues. You will also serve as the main point of contact for our Sales Team and handle customer complaints and requests with professionalism and poise.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing customer orders via phone, email, and SAP
- Coordinating deliveries and resolving logistics issues
- Supporting the accounts payable and finance department
- Main contact for the Sales Team
- Carrying out administrative and organizational tasks
- Handling customer complaints and requests
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Excellent MS Office skills
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Experience in customer service
- Strong English communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
