As a German Speaking Sales Agent, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to assist players using our site for activity increase, retention, and reactivation.

The ideal candidate has:

  • A passion for customer service and speaking directly with customers.
  • A comfort in striking up conversations whilst confidently promoting our sites, products, and promotions.
  • A drive to reach targets and overachieve on a daily basis.
  • Native German and Fluent English language skills.
  • An understanding of the Casino and/or sports betting industry.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Making daily outbound calls and follow-ups.
  • Assisting new players and current players to ensure they have no blockers to enjoying our products.
  • Promoting our site, products, campaigns, and overall entertainment offering.
  • Working with your team leader to ensure all targets are understood.
