Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SEM Specialist to join our dynamic digital marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and executing effective search engine marketing campaigns to increase our clients' visibility in search results and drive traffic to their websites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, create, and manage SEM campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign results based on KPI metrics
  • Conduct A/B tests for continuous campaign optimization and performance improvement
  • Manage advertising budgets and maximize ad spend efficiency
  • Collaborate with marketing, commercial, creative, analytics, product, and other teams to ensure consistency in actions and implement innovative solutions
  • Participate in strategic planning of SEM activities and adapt strategies to changing market conditions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in the industry and implement best practices
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in planning and running Google Ads campaigns
  • Advanced knowledge of advertising campaign management tools such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools and methodologies
  • Ability to forecast and plan budgets, select appropriate channels, and estimate potential campaign results
  • Understanding of the marketing funnel concept and processes involved in guiding users through its stages
  • Up-to-date knowledge of SEM, E-commerce, and Digital Marketing
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and disrupt it
  • High level of independence and ability to make decisions using persuasive arguments
  • English proficiency at least B2 level, both spoken and written
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Engaged, proactive, and eager for continuous development
