Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Global Expense Operations to join our team at Stryker. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end expense process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Corporate Card applications and monitor the American Express mailbox.
  • Inform delinquent cardholders and ensure compliance with local policies.
  • Collaborate with Travel, Expense, and Disbursement teams on payments and procedures.
  • Propose policy changes for continuous quality improvement.
  • Update SOPs using SAP Enable Now and maintain confidentiality.
  • Communicate with employees globally to explain the American Express program.
  • Work closely with the Global Treasury Department to keep procedures up to date.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2 years in Accounting, Accounts Payable, or Shared Services.
  • At least 2 years in Corporate Card and Employee Expense processing.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Concur experience preferred.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • High integrity, responsibility, and commitment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
