Sales Director Opportunity

Goldman Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our client’s team in the Medical Devices Industry. This strategic leadership role will focus on driving sales growth, building long-term relationships with key customers, and developing commercial strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual/quarterly/monthly sales plans to achieve business objectives, defining corrective action as needed.
  • Lead and manage the sales and customer service teams to capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for the sales team.
  • Create individual development plans for direct reports to ensure talent management and succession planning.
  • Develop strategies for new sales channels and product groups.
  • Identify areas for commercial strategy development and suggest pricing, discounting, return policies, and other improvements.
  • Manage the profit and loss (P&L) of the Polish legal entity.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Negotiate contract terms with key suppliers.
  • Monitor the competitive market for products.
  • Collect and communicate customer insights relevant to sales approaches.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of professional experience, including 5 years in a people management role.
  • Experience in the Medical Devices Industry (producer or distributor) is a strong asset.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong critical and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
