Your Responsibilities

  • Perform business-specific processes for Danish customers within Personal, Commercial Business, Housing Banking areas.
  • Cooperate with stakeholders and retained teams situated in Denmark.
  • Support Nordea's Household Lending Services customer service by delivering professional, business-specific services.
  • Create, develop, and update documentation and procedures.
  • Learn new tasks and work in a changing international environment.

About You

We believe that to succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Secondary school or university graduation.
  • English skills at least B2 level.
  • Great communication skills.
  • A focus on relation building.
  • The ability to solve problems.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • An ambitious drive to continuously develop yourself.
  • A willingness to learn new tasks in a changing international environment.
  • An interest in working within the financial industry.

Location and Salary

This role is based in Łódź, and we estimate the salary to be around €30,000 - €35,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
