Business Operations Coordinator

Flint Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Support Coordinator to join its Global Key Account Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for centralising and supporting the execution of price lists and tenders, executing defined sales processes and procedures to achieve operational targets or service standards key to business delivery, and supporting KA Managers on the day-to-day management of the Key Accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Centralise and support the execution of price lists and tenders
  • Execute defined sales processes and procedures to achieve operational targets or service standards key to business delivery
  • Support KA Managers on the day-to-day management of the Key Accounts, preparation of Value Propositions and presentations for meetings or specific negotiations
  • Collect and analyse data to guide and support discussions related to account strategies
  • Communicate with staff from other areas in the organisation to resolve customer issues and/or to support the Key Account team
  • Work with KA Managers/Directors to focus on winning and retaining business and managing key account relationships
  • Use C4C, PriceFX and other relevant sales systems to maintain up-to-date customer records and to set up enquiries and business cases for approvals
  • Generate sales reports and statistics
  • Relate with customers and be an active point of contact

Requirements:

  • Experience working with large data sets and using advanced Excel features to provide clear analysis
  • Analytical and able to quickly interpret unstructured data into concise insights
  • A naturally strategic thinker with the ability to convey complex issues
  • A highly proficient user of MS Office (especially Excel), SAP experience
  • Fluent command of English (used on a daily basis at work)
  • Independent, proactive, resilient and adept at prioritising workload
  • Constructively inquisitive, engaged and keen to develop, motivated to succeed
  • Excellent organisational skills, eager to solve problems, "can-do" mind-set
  • Experience writing/designing customer-facing material or in a junior sales role is an advantage
  • Experience dealing with senior colleagues and customer stakeholders nice to have
