We are seeking an experienced AP Automation Specialist to join our Global Finance Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our business partners and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and efficient resolution of discrepancies.


In this role, you will work closely with accountants, business partners, and vendors to resolve issues, review statements of account, and implement corrective actions. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in identifying process improvements and proposing innovative solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.


You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of 7 members, contributing to the growth and development of our team. If you are a forward-thinking problem solver with a passion for process improvements, we encourage you to apply.


Responsibilities:



  • Cooperate with business partners and vendors to resolve discrepancies
  • Review statements of account and implement corrective actions
  • Issue Vendor Maintenance Forms for corrections of vendor data within the ERP system
  • Interact with the Tax Department in case of disputes
  • Identify, propose, and implement potential process improvements
  • Deal with daily accounting matters, cooperate with team members, and support the Team Leader
  • Support colleagues and carry out tasks related to the backup structure
  • Perform ad-hoc activities

Qualifications:



  • University degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Very good English and Spanish skills
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Flexibility to work within a changing environment
  • SAP/OnBase knowledge is an asset
