We're looking for an exceptional Category Manager to lead our Hardware & Hydraulics team. As a key contributor to our Global Supply Chain, you'll develop and implement strategies that drive business growth, refine the procurement process, and reduce costs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a global sourcing strategy aligned with Arjo's financial objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with European suppliers, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams globally.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to address risks and opportunities, driving business performance.
  • Lead global sourcing projects (RFI and RFQ / TCO cost-down development), utilizing market intelligence.

The Perfect Fit:

  • Proven experience in category management, with a strong understanding of procurement processes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Business.
