Job Summary:The daily operations of one or more commercial aggregate production/crushing plants are managed by this role, including oversight of safety, supervision of employees, and ensuring production targets are met.
Main Responsibilities:- Safety Culture: Embrace the Company's safety culture, actively support all safety initiatives, and adhere to defined accountabilities implemented by the Safety Steering and Continuous Improvement teams.
- Core Values: Support, promote, and practice the Company's core values, vision, and mission; follow code of ethics, workplace conduct, safety, and other established policies.
- Operations Management: Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met while directing operations of assigned sites, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Regulatory Compliance: Continual compliance with MSHA, OSHA, and EPA regulations at assigned sites is ensured.
- Crew Management: Manage the activities of production crews to meet established business and production objectives.
- Customer Relationships: Maintain effective working relationships with customers, suppliers, local/state officials, and other team members.
- Employee Development: Assist with hiring, training, and developing employees to perform at their highest level.
