About the Role
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Modern Trade Channel.
  • Create and execute short-term and long-term marketing and sales plans, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure in-store availability of all products across the SKUs.
  • Align and execute trade marketing and promotional activities with the modern trade sales strategy.
  • Develop reports and analysis on consumer behavior and trends analytics.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Key Account Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of the Modern Trade Channel and its dynamics.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Polish and English.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
