Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Operations Specialist to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving effective HR query resolution and ensuring exceptional service quality and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Take ownership of all HR Operations-related inquiries and work collaboratively with other teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  2. Prioritize timely case resolution and ensure that all cases are completed to deliver an outstanding customer experience aligned with defined metrics.
  3. Develop a deep understanding of HR systems like Workday and PeopleDoc to administer employee life-cycle transactions efficiently.
  4. Apply knowledge base resources to provide consistent and high-quality customer service.
  5. Collaborate with the team to drive ongoing process improvement and identify areas for enhancement.
  6. E nsure adherence to all relevant procedural and legislative requirements while delivering excellent service to customers.
  7. Document process improvements and update the knowledge database accordingly.
  8. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on operational topics and complex cases for the team.
  9. Support the onboarding of new colleagues, facilitate knowledge sharing, and drive process improvements within the team.
  10. Collaborate on assigned projects under the guidance of the manager.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 3 years of HR Operations experience in an international environment.
  2. Fluency in both German and English.
  3. Experience working with Workday and ticketing tools such as Service Now.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer focus.
  5. Demonstrated commitment to resolving issues effectively.
  6. Documentation proficiency for recording inquiry resolutions and escalations in the case management system.
  7. Capability to analyze trends and knowledge base needs for ongoing process improvement.
  8. Ensure compliance with procedural and legislative requirements.
  9. Experience in process transition and process documentation preparation (SOP) would be an advantage.
  10. A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Management, Human Relations, or a related field is preferred.
