Customer Service Associate

The role of Care Specialist is to receive, process, and close customer cases on the Salesforce cloud platform. This involves handling requests in a timely and customer-centric manner, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize handling time and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execution - Process customer cases received through the Salesforce service cloud.
- Quality - Contribute to improvements in case-solving accuracy, timeliness, and quality.
- Process Optimization - Participate in the optimization of processes, taking part in automation, improvement projects, system changes, or enhancements.
- Communication - Collaborate with all stakeholders to review workload, processes, concerns, and resolve issues.
- Documentation - Create and maintain country documentation SOPs in response to changes, updates, or issues that impact existing processes or audit requirements.
Requirements:
- Master's or bachelor's degree.
- Order Management, Customer Service, or CRM experience.
- Excel, ERP, or PowerPoint skills.
- Strong communication and project management skills, with a strong interest in presentation.
- Proficiency in English and German (minimum B2).
