About this role

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales professional to lead our sales efforts in Poland and beyond. As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Your key responsibilities
  • Proactively search for new business opportunities and initiate contacts with potential clients.
  • Develop and manage relations with partners to drive sales growth.
  • Foster strong relationships with our senior management team to ensure alignment with our overall business strategy.
  • Oversee the sales process from initial inquiry to contract signing and project handover.
Your profile
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with experience in sales of large-scale projects.
  • Technical understanding of thermal energy plants and boilers, enabling active participation in sales discussions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in Polish and English.
  • A proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong network in the thermal energy sector in Poland and potentially other countries.
