The Global Talent Co. is seeking an experienced e-commerce professional to manage and develop its presence on Amazon and other international online marketplaces.

About the Role:

This full-time, remote position involves overseeing global marketplace growth and efficiency in all processes.

You will lead the implementation and management of new product listings on various global platforms, monitor competitors to ensure competitiveness, and plan, manage, and analyze product and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketplace Management: Oversee and develop The Global Talent Co.'s presence on Amazon and other international online marketplaces.
  2. Product Launches: Lead the implementation and management of new product listings on various global platforms.
  3. Competitor Monitoring: Regularly monitor company and competitor products on international marketplaces to ensure competitiveness.
  4. Performance Analysis: Plan, manage, and analyze product and campaign performance, creating data-driven reports to inform strategic decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • E-commerce Experience: Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on e-commerce.
  • Professional Background: Relevant professional experience in managing brands and products on marketplaces (Amazon, Otto, eBay, etc.).
  • Marketplace Knowledge: Familiarity with Amazon mechanisms and marketplace trends.
  • Data Analysis: Strong affinity for numbers and data analysis.
